Demonstration of Growth and Ability to "Critically Reflect and Explain" Emerging Practice

One of the main objectives of our programs in the School of Education is to teach our students to "demonstrate the ability to reflect critically on his/her own teaching practice and professional development". We wanted to provide a framework within which we could capture their ability to do this throughout their time in our programs. We also wanted to be able to present the students ability to do this to a panel of reviewers so that they could assess their growth in this area at key decision points in the program.
