Adrieanna (known as AJ) completed her undergraduate ECE degree at Rice University in 2001 and went to the working world in Information Technology at Hewlett Packard. After 6 years at HP, she changed her course to pursue a passion for exercise and physical education. However, AJ has not left technology behind and chose to incorporate technology while teaching students the fundamentals of physical activity. An amateur athlete and lover of all sports, AJ incorporates opportunities for personal development at every turn and shares her passion for healthy living with each student, friend and acquaintance.
