Susan Gautsch is the director of e-Learning and teaches core Information Systems classes including "Information Technology and Operations" and "Information Systems for Business and Management" at Graziadio School of Business and Management at Pepperdine University.

Susan Gautsch is the director of e-Learning and teaches core Information Systems classes including "Information Technology and Operations" and "Information Systems for Business and Management" at Graziadio School of Business and Management at Pepperdine University. In her administrative role, Susan leads the school's vision and initiatives that enhance learning, teaching, and research with electronic media and communication technologies. In this capacity, she oversees the ongoing development and implementation of blended learning models, faculty fellows and e-learning support programs, student ambassador and mentoring programs, and innovation with web 2.0 and other learning technology implementation. Prior to serving at Graziadio, Susan directed the Center for Scholarly Technology at the University of Southern California and served as a program manager with the Center for Distributed Learning within the California State University system. Susan began her career in e-learning and instructional technology at Northwestern University. She has done doctoral studies and research in Visual Anthropology and digital culture at the University of Southern California and holds a master's and bachelor's degree of Communication and Computer Science from the Universities of Hawai'i and New Mexico.
