Live We Lead: Leadership Matrix

This matrix, which is loosly based on the social change model of leadership and the leadership identity development research recently undertaken at the University of Maryland, was used at mid-semester during The Lives We Lead to enable students to begin seeing relationship between their reflection and evidence and a conceptual framework for thinking about leadership.
