The innovation in this course revolves around wikifolios.  Wikis, wiki commenting, and other features of Indiana’s OnCourse platform are used to foster engagement and to balance participation and accountability.  The course serves a challenging mix of educators, designers, trainers, & researchers.

The attached PowerPoint presentation describes results of research using OSP to support students developing portfolios to explore their leadership identity and practices in a co-curricular context conducted in Spring 2007. The Lives We Lead was a joint project of the New Century College and University Life at George Mason and is part of the third cohort of the Inter/National Coalition for Electronic Portfolio Research.
