Short Biography: Andreas has been teaching on-line courses since 2003 and has developed a number of courses, mainly within the areas of leadership, management, and project management.
Long Biography: With a background in manufacturing industry and healthcare, Andreas started university stidues in 1995 with a masters degreen in Biology, later he turned to Bisiness Administraiton where he gained his PhD in 2008 on a thesis about projects mangers job - What do project managers do?. His teaching areas are mainly in Leadership, Management, Project mangement Organization theory and Strategy. His view on on-line teaching is that it should not just be a course where you send documents, exercices and responces to eachother, but mainly interaction between teachers and students and not the least important, between peer students. Andreas strongly believes that he as well as the students have much to learn from eachothers and it is in the discussions and interactions true learning is made.
