- Short Biography
I'm responsible for all institutional planning, research, and assessment for Penn State Berks. I have conducted several assessment workshops for faculty, student affairs staff, and advisory board members. I currently manage all the program assessment for the College and have implemented an internal assessment grant for faculty and staff.

I'm responsible for all institutional planning, research, and assessment for Penn State Berks. I have conducted several assessment workshops for faculty, student affairs staff, and advisory board members. I currently manage all the program assessment for the College and have implemented an internal assessment grant for faculty and staff. The six awarded assessment grants speak to the development of the direct assessment of learning.
I have created and maintained several scorecards including one for planning, another for assessment, and for individual units.
I teach statistics, measurement and mathematics.
I have two masters, one in mathematics. I also have a Ed.D. from Nova Southeastern University where both my research projects (practicums) and dissertations were nominated for outstanding research awards.
